Dog Bins (review frequency of emptying) – resident in attendance who had complained about odours from one of the sited bins was concerned that the siting of the dog bins had not been put out to public consultation.  After a very heated discussion it was unanimously agreed by all Cllrs that we ask the contractor to empty the bins on a weekly basis until mid October this year.  Next year 2017 we would request that the bins are emptied every week during June through to the end of September.  The resident appeared to be satisfied with this conclusion.
