The Meeting of the Parish Council was held at The Environment Centre, Stibbington on Wednesday 4th November 2015 at 7.00 p.m.

| 1 | Opening of meeting – Cllr Beuttell welcomed everyone to the meeting |

| 5.1 | Matters arising from above minutes:
Sign on entrance to village – Parish Clerk to contact highways, Parish Council will pay for sign, could they order.
Lighting Bridge End – established reason taken so long to repair, Balfour Beatty had not received contract from CCC, they have now. PC2 outside Barnaby House not working to be reported. |

Report from External Auditor on 2014/2015 accounts – “on the basis of our review of the annual return, in our opinion the information in the annual return is in accordance with proper practices and no matters have come to our attention giving cause for concern that relevant legislation and regulatory requirements have not been met”. |

| 8 | Precept 2016-2017: Draft Budget agreed, it was agreed that the Precept should remain the same as last year £11,000. Parish Clerk will complete paperwork. |

15/01601/FUL – Demolition of existing dwelling/guesthouse and erection of replacement dwelling at Stoneacre, Elton Road, Wansford, PE8 6JT – no objections raised.
15/01755/FUL – Erection of replacement dwelling at 95 Elton Road, Stibbington PE8 6JX – no objections raised. |
| 10 | Correspondence from residents:
White Fence on Elton Road – Parish Council noted.
Trees – Chapel Court (trees planted by person who owns land) Cllr Beuttell will contact re trees on allotments.
Drains – comments received from Planning at HDC, it appears to be planning is one thing, sewerage nothing to do with planning. Letter to be sent to Cllrs Mathews and MacGuire – Planning advised say nothing can be done about it leaving development of further site. Letter also to be sent to Shailesh Vara MP.
Email re Dog Bin on Bridge – it was agreed that this would be included as an agenda item at January meeting to enable the PC to explore further options. Parish Clerk to request further visits to empty bins if required in the interim. Resident to be advised. |
