As outline planning permission had already been granted for the item on the agenda 29.1.1, what happens to sustainability issues that were being brought up in other planning applications. This is not an issue with this application as outline planning permission had already been granted.

Trees were being cut down on the land that this planning application referred to. The spinney does have a tree preservation order on it. The developers have made provision in their application. However it was felt that a lot of trees had already been felled. If tree preservation orders are ignored then fines of up to £20,000 can be imposed.
