RE: Wind Energy Development in Huntingdonshire 2014: A Draft Revision of the SPD Wind Power 2006.
Please can you display this letter on your public notice board for six weeks between Friday 28th March 2014 and Friday 9th May 2014, to notify of the above consultation.
The Council is inviting views from the local community and relevant stakeholders on the above document. This is a draft revision of the SPD Wind Power 2006. This will expand upon the policies contained in the adopted development plan, and assist in the interpretation and application of those policies concerned with landscape character and the location of renewable energy schemes.
There is an interactive version of this document, which enables comments to be submitted online. These documents can be accessed via the Council’s website at http://consult.huntsdc.gov.uk/portal. This is the Council’s preferred method for receiving representations, as it will help us to handle responses quickly and efficiently.
